Mission Statement
Mature, established guild with a focus on end game raiding.

Conduct
All guild chat channels to be kept at pg-13 discussion to include raid vent channel.

Be respectful to all guild mates.

Be respectful to all players; remember you are a representative of House Atredeis.

All concerns should be brought to the attention of your class lead or Guild Officer.

Forums are a place for discussion; feel free to post all ideas there.

Main characters are not to get saved to any 10 or 25 man instance outside of the guild. Alts can do as they please.

Raiding Expectations
Be on time.

Be prepared and repaired.

Have all your supplies: i.e. arrows, reagents, pots, flasks, etc.

Mods Omen/Ktm, DBM/BigWigs. Make sure they are updated.

Raiding repairs and cost of supplies and reagents are your responsibility.

Chat during raids should be kept to a minimum. Only raid leaders call the wipes.

Know the strategies before hand. Use the various links and videos that are posted on the forums to know what is expected of you during the boss fights.

Each class has their own chat channel; you need to be in it.

Raid Invites
Be ready to accept the invites when they go out and on your way to the instance. Do not expect a summons.

Raid make-up is based on the following:
Guild Master, Guild Council, and Guild Officers get priority invites to the raids. Its the only perk of the job they have.

Next are Raiders, Fremen, then Casuals. We do have to take raid make up into consideration; i.e. the right amount of tanks, healers, crowd control, etc.
Reprimands
Violations to the above rules and guidelines will result in a warning from your class/raid lead and can result in being removed from the guild.

DKP Policy and Loot Rules

Earning DKP-
1. EP is earned at a rate of 25 ep per 15 mins on 25 man raids only.
2. The initial EP grant begins with 'on-time' ep Award and proceeds every 15 mins from there. (subject to variation of boss kill awards etc that may disrupt the EXACT 15 min awards)
3. First Boss kill awards are granted a 50 EP award.
4. Raid Achievements are granted a 25 EP award when it is a guild first.
5. GP awards are based on the EPGP GP value of each item.
5a. In cases where EPGP offers a Main and off spec award, the appropriate value will be used.
5b. In cases where EPGP has a single value, but the item is clearly an off spec, 50% of the EPGP value will be used.
6. In cases of BOE items collected (and not awarded during the raid) in either 25 or 10 man, toons with the rank of freman or higher can aquire these items from the guild and have them awarded just as if they were in the raid. Item MUST be equiped by the toon and cannot be sold on AH or used for personal gain. Items not claimed in a week will be put up for auction by the guild bank and/or may be purchased under normal guild bank rules.
There is a 5% weekly dkp decay.

Ranks

All members start out as Recruits. This is a two week trial. Recruits can earn dkp for all raids attended and can spend dkp on rot items. At the end of the two weeks, attendance and performance will be assessed and promoted to either Casual or Fremen.

Ranks are calculated based on 90 day average attendance.

Casual are members that raid once a week or less or possible on hiatus.

Fremen are members that have a 50% raid attendance or better and are allowed 10g/day in repair costs from the guild bank. Also, they have access to view items in the bank for purchase.

Raiders are members that have a 85% raid attendance or better and have outstanding performance. They have an allowance of 15g/day from the bank for repair costs and also have viewing of guild bank items.

Officer Egroth, Cerenna, Majim, Finnarin, Andraxx, Fodiodoe and Wurmwood.

Raid Times
Raid times are Monday thru Thursday 5:30 pm server til 8:30 server for 25 man raids. On the weekends are the 10 man raids and invites are at the same time.
